The Fourth of July is my favorite holiday of all because it includes so many things I love: fireworks, barbeques and picnics, friends, warm weather, summer produce... This year I'll be celebrating with a two-person BBQ. I'm making potato salad, grape-tomato-feta salad, grilled corn on the cob, hamburgers (served with my own pickles of course), and patriotic shortcake for dessert of course!
