I am still kicking myself for not buying the above drawing last February when I saw it at Hatch Gallery in Oakland. I've continued to follow Mark Taylor's work through his blog (though I was sad to miss his last show in July) and am consistently impressed. His drawings and paintings have so much character and charm, and sometimes even make me giggle. Here are some favorites. You can see more on his new website here.
