I am thinking about a movie with Brittany Murphy in which she played a rock star's daughter who suddenly has to learn to support herself? Somehow she falls in love with (shock!) another rock star, who writes a song for her about "sheets of Egyptian cotton" with a high thread count... am I the only one who remembers this? Now whenever my thoughts turn to linens (as they are wont to do), I get that horrible song stuck in my head. Which brings us to the point: I love having a full linen closet! It feels so luxurious to look in on shelves piled high with fluffy towels and soft sheets... I recently added these towels from Pottery Barn to my collection, in the turquoise, of course.
