It turned out great even though I used 1/6 of the sugar for the frosting. It makes a TON of cake though: three 9 inch cake rounds! So I brought it to poker and they went through 1/4 of 2 of the rounds, which means I have 7/4 of the cake still left over. What am I going to do with so much red velvet cake??
